Service wasn't very good & the food was ok, but not the best.

Ate there twice like the old saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me ! I guarantee you won’t get a third time food was let’s just say I was raised on southern cooking and catfish was a main staple of our diet. Theses folks need to find a new batter first off and batter was terrible fish was over cooked service was incredibly slow and price was a little high , I have lived in Greenville for five years and have only ate there twice what’s that tell you

The service was not good. Another waitress finally took over our table I had 12 people in my group one of them had used gum on his plate when he got his food. It took over and hour and a half to get our food and they was not that busy!

Great catfish and steak.

Samantha our waitress was exceptional! She had our fish prepared as asked. Prompt in refills. Plenty of condiments with extra brought. Good ambience. Great place to dine

The hush puppies tasted Abit like sweat but the service was great!!

Last few times I have been my food has been cold and tasteless. Sorry to say that I won't waste my money here anymore...it upsets me because at one time this was an excellent place to eat!

Has really gone down hill

The fried oysters I had were about 3/4 inch round and hard as rocks. The slaw was probably fresh sometime last week. The baked potato was almost done. Service was slow and did not come with a smile. Waitress disappeared and I was almost finished with my meal before I could get any seafood sauce for the little marbles called oysters. On the other hand, the folks I was with said their catfish was very good.

The food was good but could have been a little warmer. The service was good.

They have a pretty decent selection, not just seafood, but BBQ, sandwiches, salads, chicken and even some burritos. Food tasted great and the desserts were delicious!

the Catfish is the Best Fillet is always contestant cooked great. not over done or under. hushpuppy is to die for.

Didn't find out that the entrée I ordered wasn't available until the rest of my party got their food. Food was good once it finally came.

Facility was not prepared for a scheduled gathering and only had one employee serving a large party. Food was only ok as it was luke warm due to delay in serving. Suggest management review it's server coverage to provide a quick service of it's guests

I live in Greenville, been eating there since they opened. I walked in at 5:30pm and there was only 1 group that had 4 people and that was it. The waiter was nice, but it took 35 minutes to get a 2 piece fish dinner. What was sad was the waitress, and 2 kitchen workers sitting at a table texting and playing with there phones. Evidently they can’t work without someone in management there to keep an eye on them. That was my last trip to Catfish Dock.

Good food, reasonable prices, fast service unless it's a Sunday, they close early on Sunday so it's super packed and a little slow.

We went there for a family gathering after my aunts funeral.it was one of her favorites to visit when she and her family were here on vacation. Nice family atmosphere good food.can see why she enjoyed it so!

Sad. That was my second and last time. Poor service and even worse food. I gave them two stars because I thought the sweet tea was good.

We've never been here before, but the catfish was excellent! Hush puppies better than the normal you get at LJS. Our waitress was very pleasant and offered good service! Very casual and friendly atmosphere!

They fish here is pretty decent, the coleslaw was pretty good as well. The restaurant was clean inside and our waitress was really nice. Pretty solid overall.

Eat here about once per month for a dinner meeting. Staff is very accommodating of our small group's needs and arranges a private room for us. Service is good, food is good, price is reasonable. I suggest the grilled chicken dinner, grilled hamburger steak, or California salad, but most of our people eat the fried fish or fried shrimp. Also, they have free soft serve ice cream.

I have never been to Catfish Dock before in my life and seen it being ran so poorly. It’s a Friday night a handful of tables full people aren’t getting what they ordered, fish coming out without the sides, Hush puppies cold and sounds like a bunch of toddlers in the kitchen throwing things around. Waitress screaming in the back looking for stuff to make a salad. I’m sure the owners would be embarrassed by how their staff are handling things. July 10th 2020
